After relocating to Rockford, she spent 18 years supporting one of the region’s top family law attorneys, managing high-stakes, emotionally complex cases with professionalism and care. Following her supervising attorney’s retirement, Lesley transitioned to Guyer & Enichen and then into her current leadership role at Crow Law.

Lesley’s deep understanding of family law is continually sharpened through ongoing Continuing Legal Education (CLE) courses. She’s committed to staying current with evolving laws, trends, and practices—an investment that directly benefits every client she serves.

Angie Grinnell brings 21 years of legal expertise to Crow Law. She began her career as a bookkeeper at a well-established legal and construction firm in Rockford, IL, before transitioning to a full-time Legal Assistant at another prominent law firm in 2010.

Known for her exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive under pressure, Angie is a dedicated and cooperative colleague. She places a strong emphasis on empathy and compassion in her work, striving to maintain open and effective communication with clients.
